Acid 3600F is a fully automated acid steam cleaning system:focus the function of acid cleaning, rinsing and drying together.
Cleaning various items used in ultra-trace analysis work, for trace metal analysis accessories, such as small bottles, utensils and ICP/MS accessories which are made by glass, quartz, PFA, PTFE, TFM and other materials.

Characteristic
Acid 3600F is a fully automated acid steam cleaning system：focus the function of acid cleaning, rinsing and drying together.

Principle：Freshly distilled acid vapors will then continuously refluxing within the sealed cleaning cabinet, thoroughly leaching any metal contaminants from the items, then purified, finally drying the items.

Suggestion cleaning time: Acid cleaning 1-2hours, rinsing 3-4 seconds, drying 0.5-1hour.

Control system：Build in 20 custom programs, can choose the suitable acid cleaning temperature, time, rising time,drying temperature and time ,screen display the real time cleaning process, such as temperature, time, waste water PH, etc.

Non-cycling system： Non-cycling acid steam and pure water spray system, avoid cross contamination caused by recycling. Sloping design of the cleaning tray, rinsing water can thoroughly wash acid, no acid residue.

Environmental protection：Waste water is neutral and does not increase environmental burden.Built in active exhaust device and EP acid absorption system, effective discharge and absorb acid, no leakage.
