CMFY-CM Intelligent Leak Tester is professionally designed for the leakage test of the soft package used in food, wipe, medical, electronic components, stationery, and other industrial products.

CMFY-CM Operation Procedure

1. Pour water into the chamber until the water is just above the perforated plate.

2. Connect the instrument with the chamber and air compressor by air tube separately.

3. Turn on the power.

4. Place the sample in the chamber and close the lid.

5. Set single-stage or multiple-stages pressure (vacuum degree) and holding time. The pressure can be selected within the range of 0 to -90 kPa. For multi-stage pressure settings, you can set the pressures to gradually decrease based on your actual experimental needs. For example, the first stage pressure can be -40 kPa, the second stage -50 kPa, the third stage -60 kPa, the fourth stage -70 kPa, the fifth stage -80 kPa, and the sixth stage -90 kPa. The experiment will reach the set pressures in sequence and complete after the holding times for each stage have elapsed. If multiple stages of pressure are set, the experiment will conclude after all stages have been completed.

6. After setting the parameters, click the “Test” button. The instrument will automatically conduct the test according to the set parameters. It will draw negative pressure to reach the set pressure in real-time, hold the pressure for the specified duration, and then automatically back-blow to release the negative pressure in the sealed jar. When the pressure returns to 0 and the exhaust time ends, the test will automatically stop. The test is concluded. During the test, observe the sample for any leakage. If there are no continuous rising bubbles, it indicates that the sample is qualified. If you wish to stop the test early, first press the “Stop” button, then press the “End” button (referring to back-blow) to release the pressure and open the sealed jar cover to remove the sample.

7. Print the test result.

8. Open the lid of the vacuum chamber and the test is done.
